There are a few possibilities that may have caused this error:

1. You are seeing this because you most likely tried to view the contents of a directory which is not allowed (there is no default index file to load, generally by design)
2. You (technically it) have been determined to be a bot that has on multiple occasions tried to place ads and other spam into comment form(s), guestbook, or forum and have been added to my blacklist.
3. Some really weird script problems may cause this error to be generated, but these are corrected fairly quickly as I would receive it as well.
